At Wonder Willow World, each order is fulfilled with care through our trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier, destination, selected shipping method and carrier conditions.

Where we currently ship

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time. If additional countries or regions become available in the future, shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Some products may be ready to ship sooner, while larger items, furniture or supplier-fulfilled products may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery times vary by product and supplier. Most product pages include a shipping estimate based on the supplier’s current information.

Some items may arrive within 3–7 business days, while larger items, furniture or supplier-fulfilled products may take longer. Certain products may take up to 25 business days depending on the destination, selected shipping method, carrier conditions and order processing.

Multiple-item orders

If your order includes more than one item, products may ship separately and may arrive in different packages or at different times.

Tracking information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.
